Bank statements to Excel and QuickBooks

Every statement is balance-checked before you export.

No sign-up to try · PDFs never stored

Three steps, about a minute

  • Drop in the PDF

Statements from any bank, downloaded as PDFs. Cover, disclaimer and ad pages are skipped and never billed.

  • Check the balance

See the Balanced mark, or the exact row that doesn't add up. Fix a cell right in the table if you need to.

  • Export where you work

CSV and Excel for spreadsheets, QBO for QuickBooks, OFX for Xero and most accounting apps.

Before you upload

Is my statement safe?

Your PDF is read once and never stored. The transactions are encrypted and kept for 30 days so you can export again, and you can delete them at any time. Your statements are never used to train AI models.

What counts as a page?

Only pages that contain transactions. Cover pages, disclaimers and ads are detected and skipped, and you are never charged for them.

What if the numbers don't add up?

You'll see the exact row where the running balance breaks. A file that fails the balance check costs nothing, and if a balanced file still has a mistake, report it and the pages come back.

Is LedgerRows affiliated with my bank or Intuit?

No. LedgerRows is an independent tool and is not affiliated with Intuit, Xero or any bank.

Who runs LedgerRows?

LedgerRows is run by MIKOO LLC, a US company registered in Wyoming. You can try it on a sample statement without signing up, and payments go through Stripe.

Can LedgerRows change or create a bank statement?

No. It only reads the statement you upload and turns its transactions into rows. It never changes an amount, and it does not edit or generate statements.
